Winter Wine Club Release & Party THIS Saturday!
 

This Saturday is our first wine club release of 2022 and we are so excited to share these beautiful new wines with you! Don’t miss our release party at Desert Wind Sat, Feb 12 from 1-4pm. We’ll have light bites & live music by the Knutzen Brothers, plus tastings of these new releases: 

  • 2018 Ora
  • 2018 Syrah
  • 2018 Heritage Series Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2019 Heritage Series Chardonnay

Valentine's Weekend at Desert Wind


Sweetheart Dinner
Chef Nick has planned a special, 4-course Sweetheart Dinner in the barrel room to share with your love! Linger over your choice of starter, entrée, cheese course and dessert. Available Friday-Monday, February 11-14. View the Sweetheart Dinner menu and make a reservation on OpenTable!

Seafood Extravaganza Supper Club

Reservations are open for our next Supper Club where you'll enjoy a six-course farm to table-inspired prix fixe menu, each featuring a Desert Wind wine pairing! See menu below.
February 16, 2022, doors open at 5:30 pm, reservations required, $80 per person ($65 for wine club). Reserve your spot today!

FIRST COURSE
Grilled hama hama oyster, kale filling, breadcrumb, maltase sauce

SECOND COURSE
Steamed savory clams, chorizo, chardonnay/butter broth, fresh herbs, toasted baguette

THIRD COURSE
Grilled tiger prawns, fennel & citrus salad, citrus vinaigrette, Aleppo pepper

FOURTH COURSE
Braised beef short rib & scallops, broccolini, potato puree, au poivre sauce

FIFTH COURSE
Warm chocolate cake, fudge sauce, alfajor cookie

Red Wine & Chocolate Weekend
Friday thru Sunday, February 18-20

Join us in the tasting room for a tasting flight that includes two chocolate treat pairings!
