Wisconsin's Republican-controlled Legislature approves plan to limit power of incoming Democratic governor, attorney general

Wisconsin GOP lawmakers worked through the night to pass a lame-duck plan to give them a greater say in running state government as Democrat Tony Evers prepares to take office Jan. 7. Outgoing Republican Gov. Scott Walker, who was recently defeated by Evers, is expected to sign the measures that curb the power of the state's executive branch and also limit early voting.
