| LSU's baseball season may have ended Monday with the Tigers' loss to Southern Mississippi, but baseball itself never really ends. LSU players are preparing for the major league draft, heading off to summer leagues, or in the case of Dylan Crews and Tre Morgan, preparing to head off to tryouts for the U.S. Collegiate National Team. Track and field: The lone LSU sport still in action. Tiger sprinter Sean Burrell is one of three LSU men's track standouts to advance to finals in the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Former LSU SID dies: Bud Johnson, former LSU sports information director and publicist for the Tigers' 1958 national championship team, has died. He was 88. Funeral arrangements are listed.
