Editor's Notes

Today, tech hiring platform Dice released its Equality in Tech report sharing survey results from 9,000 technologists across the U.S. on inequality and discrimination in the industry.

You might be interested to note the difference in responses for those identifying as women vs. men for questions such as "Is it important to you that your company make changes in policies or practices to help support gender diversity and inclusion movements?" — as well as those of different races for questions such as "How frequently do you think racial inequality occurs in the tech industry?"

Have you noted any DEI efforts that you thought were effective, either at your own company or elsewhere? What are some specific strategies that you've seen work? Hit us with a reply or get in touch at baltimore@technical.ly, and we may publish your response in a story tomorrow.
