I haven't looked at a teaser pitch for the old Intelligence Report in a long time, but it's now in the hands of a new editor (Jim Woods), and it's being touted with a teaser ad about a crazy modern-looking building in NYC that houses a company that "doesn't make or sell anything" but doubles your money, year over year... so what the heck are they talking about?
