Ragan’s Salary Survey & Workplace Culture Report for 2022 reveals that businesses are offering a diverse array of benefits. Some are almost universal, like medical insurance and insurance time, while secondary insurance types like dental and vision are close behind. But even after a pandemic, only 80% of employers offer sick time. And while maternity leave is increasing as a benefit, with 68% offering time off for new mothers, only 47% offer time off for new dads.
