Yes, North Peak is still coming to downtown Bay City. It plans to open next year.
Crews were at work this week at the former Atrium and Stein Haus, located at 1100 and 1108 Water St. When it’s complete, the redeveloped property will house the North Peak Brewing Co. and Kilkenny Irish Pub on the first floor, with three loft-style apartments on the second floor.
