Advice and Support with decorative image

Dear customer,

If you’ve already filed your Self Assessment tax return for 2024 to 2025 – or we’ve agreed you don’t need to file one – thank you. You don’t need to do anything else.

If you haven’t filed your return, you don’t have to wait until 31‌‌‌ January‌‌‌ 2026, you can do this anytime. This means you’ll avoid the last-minute rush as the deadline approaches. Filing early means you:
can get your money sooner if we owe you a refund
will know how much tax you need to pay, so you can budget or set up a payment plan with us
might be able to pay what you owe through your salary or pension the following tax year
can use your tax calculation as proof of income for a mortgage, loan and any benefit claims
And, you’ll still have until 31‌‌‌ January‌‌‌ 2026 to pay what you owe.
