This Wellness Expert Loves Goop's G.Nite Bedtime Bath Soak Before Bed
Welcome to Sleep Diaries, where interesting people share a week's worth of late-night habits. This week, we have Jennifer Walsh, wellness expert, founder of Walk with Walsh video series, and co-founder of A State of Energy. Monday: Crawling Into Bed
After a day of meetings for my Walk with Walsh video series, I headed to a private equity group dinner with 12 others from all different backgrounds. It was one of the those nights where the food and the conversations were so good that no one wanted to leave! Afterwards, I threw on my comfortable shoes so I could make the trek home—47 blocks of walking. I do this every chance I get. If the weather is great, why not? By the time I got home it was after 11:30 p.m., so I washed up and literally crawled into bed. I swear by Parachute's Percale bedding collection. It's the coziest, most comfortable bedding I have ever tried. I also swear by the Magic Weighted Blanket.
