Speaking of resting: Remember, it's OK if you need to take a rest when completing the three exercises! "Don't be afraid to take breaks during sets; form is key. You can either take a full break (like sitting) or try and hold the starting position between moves," says Albert Matheny. Form is key, he continues, because "rushing through reps with poor form isn't good for results or injury prevention."
So don't worry if you need to take things slow — just focus on doing the best that you can possibly do!
