| One of my clients owns a home health care company that’s quite successful.
Problem is...
He still works too much IN the business as a practitioner.
And right now that’s his main source of income.
But if he just made time to work ON the business by improving his new patient intake systems and hiring the right personnel…
He could stop trading time for money as a practitioner…
And start earning significantly more money by becoming the CEO his business needs.

A few days ago he said to me:
"I don’t have a great process in place for calling and scheduling my upcoming visits for the week. A lot of times, I still end up calling people the night before to schedule the next day."
MY REPLY:
Calling patients isn't your job.
That's the problem.
You are doing someone else's job.
My dentist never calls me about my appointment. That’s not his job.
Even the dental hygienist doesn’t call me about the appointment. That’s not her job.
It's the receptionist's job to call me about the appointment.
You're a CEO doing a receptionist's job.
And you're NOT EVEN GOOD AT IT.
If you were my receptionist, I'd have fired you a long time ago!
So you need to fire yourself from that job today.
Delegate it to one of your VA's.
