Dear Ragan Community,

I’m reaching out to invite you to join the Ragan team and your communications peers at some incredible events coming up that are designed for busy and ambitious communicators like you. While a communicator’s role is one of the most important, we get that it can be a thankless job. That’s why we put you front and center at all Ragan events and programs.

When I joined Ragan three months ago, after two decades serving the communications industry at another media brand, it was a pinch-myself experience. Here I was amid thousands of incredibly loyal customers of Ragan conferences, awards programs, training and membership councils and so many of you immediately welcomed me. And, here I was amid a hardworking and smart staff at Ragan who take tremendous pride in what they do for you every day. Including the kick-off of our best fall event lineup yet.

In September, we’re bringing brand storytelling to Disneyland and Leadership & Executive Communications to Washington, D.C. In October, join us at Microsoft headquarters for the Employee Communications, PR & Social Media Conference. Later in the fall, we’re holding a Writing Conference at PayPal in New York and a Best Places to Work Summit in San Antonio. Early November in Chicago is our first annual Future of Communications Conference, a not-to-be-missed gathering of leading minds mining the future of your role as communicators.

We continue to benchmark the smartest communications initiatives and campaigns and top performers through our many awards programs, including the rebranded Communicators of the Year Awards. Be on the lookout for the Top Women in Communications Awards, which will culminate with an awards gala in Manhattan early next year.
