Columbia Heights students mark World Hijab Day. A group of students at Columbia Heights High School came up with a unique way to mark World Hijab Day, giving their peers a chance to ask questions about the traditional head covering or even try one on.
Duluth 14-year-old has slept outside for 1,021 straight nights, and still counting. Fourteen-year-old Isaac Ortman has slept outside for more than 1,020 consecutive nights in his backyard hammock. He isn't doing it for notoriety, to raise money or to set records — he’s just having fun.

Black families, in contrast, had a median family wealth of $17,600. That leaves many Black households without a personal safety net when an unexpected crisis comes along.
