Snowstorm's second wind coming today

❄️ More snow will develop Wednesday afternoon into early Thursday. Many areas will receive over a foot of additional snowfall. Winter storm warnings remain in effect for much of southern Minnesota with blizzard warnings going into effect Wednesday afternoon for portions of Minnesota, including the western Twin Cities metro.
