"Our intellectual air signs, Gemini and Libra, will enjoy travel, adventure and career opportunities they had never dreamed of, while eccentric Aquarius may be in for a few happy surprises," according to astrologer Sally Morgan.

Meetings are ruined when leaders allow distractions, don't provide material for review ahead of time and fail to spell out what needs to happen afterward, say experts. "Over time it creates a sense of little or no progress, which demotivates people, as well as makes them develop a cynical attitude toward work," says author and development coach Stefan Falk.

Delta giving flyers what they really want -- free Wi-Fi

Delta said four years ago it was making moves to make in-flight Wi-Fi free, and it appears it'll keep that promise on most flights starting next year. From a business perspective, this could completely change the landscape of aviation, as it could force competitors to follow suit.

A great miracle happened with Legos

Tel Aviv is now home to the world's largest Lego menorah. For Yitzchok Kasowitz, this is a big deal because growing up, there weren't exactly any Jewish-themed Legos. Kasowtiz is the founder of a company called Jbrick, which essentially filled that void. Kasowitz says his massive toy brick menorah is "not about breaking records, it's about making records."
