Dear Forward Reader, We know how much you rely on the Forward’s newsletters — especially now — and so we want to let you know about an upcoming change in how they will be sent to you. Next week, the Forward will be switching to a different service to send our emails and newsletters. This should not affect you in any way! However, sometimes messages go to different places in your email inbox when this type of change is made. If you find that you are not seeing the newsletters or emails you usually receive, please follow these steps: Check the other folders in your email. Depending on whether you use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or another email service, you may find these in a Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Other folder. You can move your emails back to your Primary, Focus, or main folder and this shouldn’t happen again. Here are instructions for how to do this. Contact us!
