The BAFE SP207 Scheme was developed in response to several recommendations and consultations into high rise tower blocks which supported the need for evacuation alert systems in these types of buildings. Companies such as Fire Alarm Fabrication Services Limited (part of Marlowe Group) and Firesec Compliance Ltd have already certified to the BAFE Scheme for SP 207 with BSI, which offers the highest level of reassurance to stakeholders.
