It's no secret that D.C. loves ramen. Lines wrapped around the block, for example, at last year's pop-up featuring New York's Mu Ramen, and Mosaic District's Jinya Ramen drew waits on opening day. Toki Underground is still a tough restaurant to get into, and it's been open for more than four years; Daikaya can also command major waits at peak times as well.
