Is there an incentive for participation?

Yes! As a token of our appreciation, the first 100 respondents who qualify will receive a $5 VISA gift card and be automatically entered into a grand prize drawing for one (1) $250 VISA gift card, or a $250 donation to a charitable foundation of your choice. Do I need to complete the survey in one session?
No, you can pause and return at any time. Simply click the "Save Survey" button at the top of the page and resume later through the same link. Just remember, gift cards are limited to the first 100 completed surveys. The survey will close on or around July 15th, 2025.
