IN LABOR: Amid a national shortage of nurses, made worse by the pandemic, a labor union has filed paperwork to organize 750 nurses for collective bargaining at this New Orleans hospital. GAS FUND: Louisiana joined Arkansas and Oklahoma to seek some of the $7 billion that the federal government offered for regional “clean” hydrogen energy hubs.
