From morning to night, you’ll find talks, tastings, and meals rooted in sustainability, regenerative practices, and creative food culture. Start your day the Danish way with a BMO – a buttery sourdough bun with cheese – and world-class coffee from Coffee Collective. Then dive into long-table dinners, sourdough pizza served with big values, or an earthy garden party with Øens Have.
