Large employers open to new pharmacy benefit design The nation's largest employers expect to see the total cost of health benefits rise to $15,000 per employee next year, and about 20% said they will try pharmacy benefit contracts that feature direct-to-patient drug rebates, according to the National Business Group on Health's annual survey.
