D.C. Council officially repeals tipped worker wage increase The D.C. Council voted Tuesday to overturn Initiative 77, a ballot measure approved by voters in June that would have raised the minimum wage for tipped workers. Call of Duty fund finds employment for 50,000 vets Activision Blizzard has secured jobs for 50,000 US veterans since 2009 by supporting skills-training nonprofits through its Call of Duty Endowment.
