Today's Featured PostThis week's soup uses leftover pork roast or Chinese takeout combined with noodles and veggies for a quick weeknight meal. If you have chicken or beef leftover instead, that would also be delicious.

I am always looking for uses for over ripe bananas and couldn't believe how great this one is! Instead of making carb/calorie heavy banana bread turn your overripe bananas into pancakes!

This pizza dough is great! You can make the dough, and refrigerate it for up to a week. You can also freeze it. It's great for company, and the whole family. It takes just a few steps, and then add the sauce and toppings.

I came up with this the other day when I couldn't decide if I wanted apple or banana fritters. I mixed them together and fell in love with the end result! I mashed the banana into the fritter batter, then dunked apple slices in it before I fried them up. The apple is cooked but still has a nice crisp texture around the edges, and the banana gives the dough a lovely smooth comfort. Delicious!

Found some leftover tuna in the fridge. It was just in time because I'd been craving tuna pie the whole day. I didn't have money to buy it, and there was leftover tuna waiting to get cooked!
